Description

The Montreux Golf Club was inaugurated in September 1900 at Les Meleys, in Aigle, by the English Club of Montreux, which explains its name. Its fairways unfold in a magnificent park dotted with ancient trees along the Evian road. In 2005, the course was renovated by the American architect Ronald Fream. The result is a clever blend of tradition and modernity. The club now has some 600 members, including juniors from the golf school. It also welcomes many visitors and high-level amateur tournaments.

The club offers various packages for those wishing to take up golf. A "first step" program allows you to obtain a "course authorization," the key to playing independently. Various improvement modules are also on the menu, and several weekly lessons are offered, during the season, to juniors. The Montreux Golf Club welcomes new members. Several open days and initiations are organized between May and September. A trial membership program allows you to familiarize yourself with the club and its facilities at attractive rates. "Young Professionals" membership fees are also in effect.
