Société Hippique d’Aigle & Environs

The Aigle and Surrounding Area Horse Riding Society (SHAE), a non-profit organization, was created in 1989. But its origins go back much further, as it was previously the Aigle-Bex section of the Dragons Guides and Mitrailleurs of the Canton of Vaud, a society founded in 1905. Today, we are a society that aims to be avant-garde! With more than 130 members, active in as many disciplines as possible to promote it, we are here to perpetuate and develop the world of horses for everyone. Supporting the next generation is also our goal. We organize various courses in several disciplines, various outings and also a 2 to 3 day competition per year! From our military history, we retain the camaraderie and friendship that reigned at the time when the horse was the centerpiece of the great silent.
