Cave de la Tour

La Cave de la Tour is a wine-growing company run by the Biolley family. They offer white, rosé, and red wines from Vully produced by them. We make every effort to work in harmony with nature, which is why all our vines are certified and work in Demeter and our wines have the Swiss Organic Bud label. We also have sheep with whom we work daily and our plots are enlivened by birdhouses or dry stone piles as well as branches, grass cover to encourage insects, etc. We invite you to come and meet us, discover us and our wines at our premises in Môtier (Vully) during opening hours or contact us by phone outside of these hours. We also welcome you for tastings, aperitifs, stag/hen parties, after-work drinks, etc. The Biolley Family
